All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a refund, replacement, or delayed shipment once the item becomes available.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. We offer:

The shipping cost shown at checkout is final, with no hidden fees.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a refund or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Customers must initially cover return shipping costs. If the warranty claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Once the returned item is received, we will process the claim within 7 business days and provide one of the following:

Currently, Kids World only ships within the United Kingdom.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be requested before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 Items Out of Stock
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with options including waiting for restock, replacement, or refund.
4.6 Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Damaged Parcels

7. Taxes
All product prices displayed on kidsworld.baby include applicable taxes. There are no additional hidden charges.

9. Insurance
All parcels are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, we will issue a replacement or refund.
